Ask for cleaning instructions for the specific panel and coating supplied. Use approved products and handling methods; do not assume glass cleaners or abrasive tools are suitable for acrylic or polycarbonate.
Removal and storage
Follow the demonstrated removal method and support the panel as instructed. Larger panels may need more than one person. Plan a protected storage location before removing sections.
Seals and fit
If a panel no longer seats correctly, a seal is damaged, or a mounting detail becomes loose, contact the team before forcing the panel into place.
Scratches, damage, and replacement
Send photos and project details for advice on service or replacement. Suitability for repair and any associated charges depend on the material and condition.
